Leadership Rooted in Purpose. Service Grounded in Truth.

Ollie Gilstrap has built a life of leadership through quiet consistency and unshakable conviction. With more than 25 years of experience spanning nonprofit management, higher education, and corporate leadership, she brings a rare combination of vision, humility, and results. From overseeing 15 clubs as Governor of the South Central District of NANBPWC to shaping lives as a professor and mentor at Dallas Baptist University, Ollie has never led for recognition—she leads because it’s what she’s called to do.

Her career has been marked by strategic oversight, policy advocacy, and a gift for nurturing growth in others. As President of the South Dallas Business and Professional Women’s Club, she expanded partnerships and deepened community impact. As a longtime educator, she bridges academic theory with real-world leadership, guiding future business professionals to walk in purpose and integrity. Earlier in her career at SBC Communications, Ollie oversaw a major employee tuition program, streamlining processes to increase efficiency and empower workforce development across the company.

What drives Ollie isn’t ambition—it’s alignment. She leads with transparency, builds with trust, and invites everyone to the table. Her ability to foster unity while holding firm to values like honesty, inclusion, and accountability has made her not just respected, but deeply trusted by those she serves.

Ollie is not seeking this position for status or tradition—she is stepping forward because this moment demands bold clarity and anchored leadership. Her record is proven. Her heart is ready. And her vision is rooted in service that strengthens, uplifts, and unites.

“I’m not running to tear anyone down—I’m running to build us all up. This moment calls for truth, fairness, and a future where every member feels seen, heard, and empowered.”

With a clear voice and a steady hand, Ollie Gilstrap is prepared to lead NANBPWC into its next chapter.
