Who Am I?

I am a dynamic, results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, strategic planning, team leadership, and community engagement. Passionate about empowering African American business and professional women, I’m committed to advancing the mission of NANBPWC and fostering sustainable growth.

Key Leadership Roles:

  • Governor, South Central District, NANBPWC (2023–Present): Leading 15 clubs across seven states, providing strategic guidance, and influencing national policy to empower African American women.

  • President, South Dallas BPW (2021–2023): Expanded community engagement, secured partnerships, and mentored members to increase the club’s impact.

  • Adjunct Professor & Graduate Advisor, Dallas Baptist University (2000–Present): Mentoring students in business and organizational management, preparing the next generation of leaders.

  • HR Consultant / Tuition Aid Regional Administrator, SBC Communications (1976–2000): Managed a large-scale employee tuition aid program, driving cost savings and improved outcomes.
